“My half-a-decade old technology company was moving right along,
gaining new clients and producing solid programming work in the
early Internet days. I came to work one morning around
Thanksgiving to witness sweat pouring down the face of one of my
23 year old programmers involved in building an ecommerce store
for a client wishing to sell products online for the Christmas
